Zune Marketplace gets higher res album art +
The Zune circle of fan sites is all abuzz this evening about new higher-res album art that’s become available on the Zune Marketplace. Where as before downloads from the Marketplace came with either 200×200 or 240×240 album art, this new offering sees artwork at 800×800 (and, as claimed by some on the Zunerama forums, even higher than that).
Either way, this move to higher-res album art is a step in the right direction. If I’m going to be downloading a 5 meg track, what do I care if I have to download an extra 70-250k worth of data? I don’t. Give me that better looking album art!
