How to include your Zune Card in a web page or signature +
Now that the Zune Social has launched, all the music you listen to is being reported back and collected so people can see your listening habits. The next logical step is for you to be able to embed your Zune Card in your blog or in your forums signature, right?
It’s easy to do. Just take the code in the box below and insert it in your blog where you want your Zune Card to appear, or if you’re wanting it in your forums signature, the signature field in your profile settings. There’s a section of the code below called YOUR_TAG_HERE. You need to change that to your Zune Tag. If your Zune Tag has a space in it, replace that space with a %20 (that’s HTML for a space).
If you want to get really fancy, you can edit the size of the card by editing the height and width variables in the code. Decide how wide you want the card to be (for example, if your blog sidebar is 400 pixels wide, change the width variable from 250 to 400), then multiply that by .54 to determine the height of your adjusted Zune Card, to keep the aspect ratio correct (so it doesn’t look stretched or smushed).
You can see my Zune Card near the bottom of my nav bar. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
